Dr. Stephen M. Tuel, MD
Dr. Tuel joined the practice in 2006 and added Physiatric care to
our patients. Dr. Tuel graduated from the University of Texas in 1980 with a Masters
in Biomedical Engineering, and in 1983 with an MD.

Teresa
Teresa has worked with Dr. Carter for 14 years as the Administrative Assistant. She handles personal injury cases and files claims to insurance companies. As senior ranking associate, she handles all day-to-day office functions.

Sandra
Sandra is our receptionist for Dr. Carter. She schedules appointments for Chiropractic, Acupuncture and Massage Therapy. Sandra also handles all referrals for Dr. Carter’s patients.

Alexus
Alexus has a myriad of responsibilities in our office. She handles all aspects of patient billing, electronic claim filing, personal injury cases, and workers compensation claims. In addition to those duties, Alexus is our Nerve Conduction Technician and is CPR certified. She has also been cross-trained in front desk duties and helps Dr. Carter as a Chiropractic Assistant when needed.

Wanda
Wanda is our part-time Chiropractic Assistant that works directly with Dr. Carter. She also assists Dr. Coleman with physical therapy patients. Wanda proudly represents our office at local job fairs.

Debbie
Debbie is a Chiropractic Assistant for Dr. Carter and is certified as an X-ray Technician and Diagnostic Ultrasound Technician. She also assists Dr. DeMichele and Dr. Tuel with medical patients.

Lyde
Lyde joined our practice in 2007 as one of our Massage Therapists. He specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue Massage and Stone Therapy.
