Eastern Carolina Medicine serves the Greater Florence and Pee Dee region with a variety of non-invasive treatments and procedures, based on long-standing principles of alternative medicine acupuncture and chiropractic treatment.
Dr. Carter has been in practice for 29 years, and located on Second Loop Road since 1996. Formerly known as the Florence Injury & Wellness Center, Eastern Carolina Medicine was established in the same location in 2002 years.
